Reserving your home

When reserving your home you will be shown the details of the appearance, location and full specification of your new home. Once you have agreed, you will be required to complete the reservation form and pay the reservation fee.

Once the £300 reservation fee is paid the new Home will be held for you. Your home will then be reserved for 6 weeks until exchange of contracts. The reservation agreement will set out all the terms including price, reservation period and other information.

In order o pay the reservation fee you must be in a position to purchase the property. You will need to produce proof of funds or a mortgage offer. If you have not sold your existing property you and are not in a position your reservation fee cannot be accepted.

Your home will then be reserved and will not be subject to any price increases. The reservation fee will then be deducted from your sales price of your new home.
