Q: How do I reserve a new Home

A: After your reservation fee has been received, your new home is reserved for six weeks before we exchange contracts with you. The reservation fee will be deducted from the sales price of your home.

Q: How do I add on Extra’s

A:Speak to our sales team and they will provide a quote for the extra’s you require and this can be added to the overall sales price.

Q: What Warranty to a get with my Home?

A: Each home comes with a Penrhyn Homes 2 Year guarantee and a 10 year NHBC guarantee

Q: What are the stamp duty fees?

A: Stamp duty Tax is a tax which the government require when purchasing a home. Visit https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/calculate-stamp-duty-land-tax/#/intro for further information

Q: What is the  solicitors role?

Q: What happens on exchange of contracts 

A: On exchange of contract you are legally bound to complete on the purchase of the new home and we are legally bound to construct your new home.

Q: Who are NHBC

A:NHBC are a building Warranty cover which gives you piece of mind with a 10 year guarantee

Q: Who is my point of contact

Q: Can I make an appointment to visit the show house or sales centre

A: Please call 01492 531267 to see opening times and availability

Q: Can I visit my home during construction 

A: If you speak to your point of contact and they can arrange visits during construction. These need to be by appointment only.

Q: What happens on completion

A: when the home is completed you will be given all keys, metre readings and your welcome pack with all your guarantees and reports.
