When we build any new home, we ensure that what we construct will stand the test of time. Often we will take extra measures to prevent unwanted issues from arising further on down the line. An example of this is by adding in extra damp proof membranes to wrap the entire building in-between the two 'skins' of the home. We do this to ensure that no unwanted moisture is transferred through to the homes insulation. This creates a weather-proof structure at time of build and through its lifetime.

All of our new homes come complete with fixtures and fittings together with sprinkler systems in Wales. We adhere to strict building regulations to ensure our homes are built accordingly. You can expect quality over quantity when purchasing a new build home from Penrhyn Homes.

A lot has been said about the desire to move away from traditional raw materials however we feel that right now traditional materials are still out-performing new modern methods of construction in terms of value and worth for the money you as a consumer pay for your brand new home.We try as much as possible to source locally produced products so that we are cutting our carbon footprint in other areas such as transportation and delivery.

We supply exceptionally high standards across the board when building new homes. Appliances, worktops, units and fittings are all of quality along with any permanent fixing such as paving, walls and footpaths.
